Shipping and handling

The contract covers FIS (Free Into Store)

If the items purchased are smaller than an A4 box, the items will be delivered to Queensland Rail’s distribution area in Railcentre 1 to be distributed through internal mail. If the dimensions of the items purchased are larger than an A4 box, the goods will be distributed by courier.

Should you wish to have the items delivered directly to you by courier, please mention this in the text field under Documents and Attachments in SRM once this order is taken back to Queensland Rail’s system. This information will be included on the purchase order.
